Before you order : Terms and Conditions
Before you order your printing please read the following terms and conditions of supply.
1.0 Colour reproduction: Due to the nature of the printing process there may be a colour variation between runs. Our printing including (but not limited too) business cards, brochures, postcards, letterheads (including other stationary) and magnets is bulked together. Whilst we try our best there may be colour variation between runs, and between orders.
If you have a exact colour match you require then we can print your job as a separate run. We will price this accordingly if required.
If you are unsure about colour reproduction of your work, please ask us before placing your order.
1.1 Colour variation between paper stocks. Your same artwork file printed on different stocks will result in a different colour on the final printed product. As an example, the colour of your logo will be slightly different on letterheads than on your gloss brochure. This is because different paper stocks absorb ink differently. Matt and Gloss laminating/ celloglazing also will alter the colour, as they are a protective layer applied after the printing process.
1.2 Colour and your supplied file. Our printing is the best possible match to the CMYK values in your supplied artwork file. Your full colour artwork file has CMYK values for each colour. Your printed product will look different to that which you see on screen. We have colour charts available if you wish to see how your colour is going to print.
2.0 Proofing your artwork to print. We will print from your supplied artwork file. If you require a proof before print, please specify this on the order form. Extra charges will apply.
Proof reading and spell checking is your responsibility before sending us the file to print.
3.0 Payment. To help ensure our low prices, payment is required before we place your order in production. We accept payment via a variety of methods. Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, Cheque, Bank Deposit - EFT, Pay at Post, BPAY and cash payments at our office. A Tax Invoice is issued upon your order.
4.0 Turnaround times and Delivery. Our published turnaround times are approximate only and may vary due to production load, external suppliers, external courier and transport suppliers.
5.0 Website Prices. All prices on this website include GST, Printing and Delivery to any Australian address. Artwork, layout and design is not included unless specified. Alterations to artwork ie type changes etc are not included. Extra costs are involved for any authors alterations.
