Bleed: All files supplied to us require at least 3mm bleed beyond the trim size of your job. So if your ordering a 90x55mm Business card, your artwork should be setup 96x61mm, the extra 3mm on each side gets trimmed off in the printing process. For a postcard that has a final Trim Size of 150x100mm then the file you would supply should be at least 156x106mm. Download our Bleed guide.

See the quick guide on the right for trim and bleed sizes.

Resolution: If creating or using images in a program like Adobe Photoshop, your files should be at least 300dpi at final print size. You can check this in Photoshop via the Image menu then the Image Size option.

CMYK - RGB: For offset printing we require all files to be supplied in CMYK. This represents Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black. RGB is Red Green and Blue and is the colour space for on screen viewing.

Fonts: If supplying artwork in Indesign, Quark Xpress or Pagemaker all fonts must be supplied that you have used.

Applications that we support: We love to receive your artwork as a high resolution PDF. But if you can't supply a PDF - the just send us one of the following formats. Indesign, Illustrator, Freehand, QuarkXpress, JPG - High Res, TIF, EPS or PSD (Photoshop).

CD/DVD Printing: Email us your file in one one of these formats : PDF, JPG, TIFF, EPS, or Photoshop File. Printed size on the disk is a 117mm diameter circle. Construct your artwork as a 117x117mm Square, allowing for the circle size inside. Our system will automatically cut out the centre hole (approx 35mm) and make the artwork a circle for printing.
